Most people search to find happiness in life. Where is happiness? What does real happiness look like? In this article, I will share with you some ideas that I found.

The inspiration for this article comes from Jirayu Tantrakul (nicknamed Got), a Thai actor who has shared with his audience his techniques to living a good life. He has many ideas that I found to be helpful and useful for finding happiness.

Living a happy life is within everyone’s reach. Anyone can find happiness, it’s not too difficult. The key to happiness lies within yourself, not on the external. Here are some techniques of Jirayu to improve yourself and lift you up to a better life.

1 Introvert: A Better Way For Living

People can be classified as being introverted or extroverted. Introverted people are often seen as quiet and reserved. Not seeking attention or needing social interactions. Introverted people need time to be alone and recharge.

Extroverted people are the opposite of introverted people. Extroverts seek attention and prefer social gatherings. Extroverts are often described as the life of the party. They are energized by interacting with others.
