All my life I have been faced with many experiences. Experiences that have brought me problems. Experiences that have taught me lessons. Problems have come from all parts of my life. Problems from work, other people, mistakes I have made and relationships I have build. Life always has problems, causing us frustrations and tensions to be dealt with.

When I start a new thing in life, I don’t know what to do. I don’t know where to start. I don’t know how to manage everything it involves. It’s like I lost my way and cannot find my way back home. It’s like being blind and unable to see anything. It makes me feel frustrated and fearful of everything that I face. I try to find my way through it.
