What I learned from observing the life of cats.

One early morning day, I saw a cat outside my building in the snow. He walked lightly on top of the snow as if he was floating. Outside was silent, only one cat walking. He tried to find shelter. I saw him go under a car, yeah he found his spot. He walked in one side and came out the other. Then, he crossed the railroad tracks.

I am curious about him. How can he survive the cold? What does he eat? Does he have a home?

Cats are resilient animals. They say cats have nine lives. I think I can learn some lessons from the life of cats.

1. Be Active

Cats love to play. Have you ever seen kittens play? They chase each other’s tails. They run and jump. They wake up early. Sometimes they stay out all night.

Playing is good for humans too. We should remember to play when we get a chance.

Even though it’s cold, the cat still plays. He hunts and searches, trying to find something. Don’t let the cold stop you from playing.
